Loyalty Scheme

At Pinks we like to reward your loyalty and have our own loyalty reward card as our way of saying thank you for your regular custom.

Every time you visit the salon you will receive a stamp on your loyalty card. Collect 8 stamps and you will then be entitled to 10% off your bill on your 9th visit. (This is not applicable on retail sales).

Ask for your loyalty card today and remember to get it stamped on each visit to claim your reward.

Terms and Conditions:

- Keep your loyalty card safe as lost cards cannot be replaced.
- Your loyalty card must be produced at the time of payment as rewards cannot be added at a later date.
- Your loyalty card is non-transferable and can only be used against the person indicated on the card.
- Rewards accrued cannot be exchanged for cash.
- When claiming discount you cannot use the reward earned that day in the same transaction, you must wait for you next visit to claim reward.
- Discounts can only be redeemed against full price services and cannot be used at the same time as other offers and discounts.
- Children are exempt from the loyalty scheme as they already receive a discount.
- A loyalty card has to be cashed before starting a new one.
- We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions and may change, update or suspend our loyalty scheme at any time.

All prices shown are a starting point and may alter depending upon the quantity of hair and the complexity of work. All team members are highly trained and are price structured so you can tailor-make your service to suit your budget. Prices are tiered according to experience.

Please give us at least 24 Hours notice should you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment as a courtesy to our staff. Otherwise, a 50% cancellation fee will be payable. Missed appointments (No shows) will incur 100% of the bill.
