As a courtesy to your stylist and other clients, please arrive on time so that you’re able to benefit from the full service. If you’re running late we will do our best to accommodate you.
Please provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or make any changes to your appointment, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be payable. Missed appointments (No shows) will incur 100% charge of the bill.
Please note that even when the salon is closed you can contact us as we will always pick up messages via voicemail,text and email.
